A warm invitation to a 6 day yoga celebration with Christopher Gladwell

Discover the friendly hospitality of Osterwarngau in Bavaria. Come and find beautiful country and spacious tranquility as you unwind, refresh, deepen in practice and celebrate life.

You will receive high quality individual instruction and personal attention from Christopher, whose highly experienced and inspirational teaching will weave a perfect balance of good practice, rest and fun ensuring that you develop your practice safely and with clarity and intelligence at your own pace. Yoga sessions are suitable for beginners to advanced. There will be two to three sessions each day.

There will be excursions into nature to play and to practice, the local woods are easily available, the abundance of local lakes and the alpine foothills are all within easy distance. The beautiful city of Munich is also within easy reach. Families and children are very welcome.

 

Food is local, homemade and organic where possible, providing delicious nutrition. Generous vegetarian food is provided each day with a substantial post practice brunch and a light evening meal. We may eat out one evening.

 

Accommodation is simple, comfortable and delightful in a converted traditional Bavarian farmhouse.

Costs; Accomodation from 15 euros per day for communal space. Food for the week is 120 euros (karma yoga to help with preparation). Transfer from Munich for those that need it can be arranged and costs covered. Teachers travel costs and overheads for the week are 45 euros per person.

Teaching is free. Dana is welcome and the suggested Dana to cover Christopher's time energy and expertise for the week is 200 euros, you are of course welcome to give more or less according to your circumstance.

Full costs (without Dana) for teaching run from 320 euros to 380 euros for the whole week.

Childrens accomodation is free, food costs need to be covered.

Accommodation can be arranged if you would like to extend your stay.
