Satsang
Satsang is simply sitting sharing the company of truth.
Through silent sitting, sharing and dialogue with Christopher, deeper levels of truth are unveiled. Sometimes this might lead to an answer, sometimes silence, sometimes more questions or a story. Through Satsang clarity arises as the perspective of the seeker deepens.
The fundamental yogic questions of inquiry are:
- Who asks anyway?
- Who am I?
- What is this?
- What is this I?
- What is real?
Christopher is your guide in this Yogic inquiry. A friend who facilitates changes in your perspective so that egoic references become transparent and fall away. These changes your heart and soul desires, realised through Satsang, lead you into a greater experience of Radikal Freedom.
When we really know who we are and what the nature of reality is as a sustainable, vital, joyously aware experience, then we are Yoga.
As Hari Das Baba said, “Who realises? That is realisation.”
This is an open invitation to join with Christopher in Satsang. You will learn more about your self, your reality, share with fellow seekers and celebrate this life.
Martin HThis is a whole and real approach to yoga. Prepare to be pushed outside of your comfort zone. Here is a teacher who has taken Eastern practice and philosophy and is now making it accessible to the West. From a questioning westerner’s perspective, come and work with him!
