  • This Yogasara Academy Immersion course is designed to take you deep into this rich exploration of the profound variety of Yogic practices and to understand them through practical exploration.
    The average Yoga Teacher Training course is 200hrs of contact time, that is all. The most advanced course is 500hrs of contact time.
    This Yogasara Academy course is over 1000hrs of contact time. In total, study, practice and contact it will top 4000hrs of deep Yogic exploration.
    There will be teaching components and advanced teaching certification internationally accredited by the Independent Yoga Network for those whose dharma it is to teach.
    For those who just want to go deep, want to immerse themselves in Yoga, then an attendance certificate will be offered.

    There will be three retreats as part of this course, the first one of seven days is in year one, the second seven days is in year two and the course finishes with a one month retreat. Those with child-care responsibilities will be looked after with a creche if necesssary.
