Yogasara Academy Immersion Advanced Teacher Training Course

This is a course for those truly wishing to dive deep into the practice of yoga. If you just want to understand Yoga and practice more deeply than you could ever go on any standard course then this is for you. This course is also designed to bring the teacher in you out, the real teacher that naturally flows from quality practice. To this end an advanced teaching certificate is available for those who complete this element of the course.

The next immersion course beginning early 2013 will run for two and a half years years. We meet once per month for a full weekend plus two one week retreats and a one month retreat at the end of the course. The UK part of the course will run at Yogasara Studio in Bristol.

There will be a maximum of 20 students with our three main tutors. There is a strong focus on quality time for cultivating personal practice. Deep exploration of all aspects of yogic technique and philosophy as well as plenty of practice space to cultivate your teaching skills is guaranteed.

One of the best advanced teacher trainings available, this course has more than 1108 contact hours and a total of 4000 hours of personal study and practice.
